Our client is seeking a talented M&A Healthcare Associate/Vice President to join a dynamic and growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and execute high-impact M&A transactions within the healthcare sector, contributing to deals that drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets within the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, market research, and due diligence.
  • Develop and present detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
  • Manage the negotiation, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of acquired companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, advisors, and industry experts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:
