The role combines hands-on modelling with strategic input, reporting to the MD and collaborating with senior leaders. Flexible hours are considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Experience in M&A, financial due diligence or transaction services.
• Strong modelling and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analysing historical financial information and performance of targets.
• Leading and managing financial due diligence workstreams from start to finish.
• Building and maintaining P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow models.
• Assessing performance, drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Identifying synergies and supporting value creation post‑acquisition.
• Preparing concise due diligence reports and executive summaries.
• Managing project plans and deliverables across multiple transactions.
• Coordinating stakeholders and external advisers throughout the process.
• Providing timely progress reporting to senior leadership.
• Supporting integration planning and strategy with finance insight.
• Maintaining high standards of integrity and professional conduct.
