Job summary

BDO UK is seeking an Executive to support and work closely with senior members, ensuring timely delivery of corporate finance advisory services for buy-side and sell-side transactions. As an Executive, you will support and work closely with senior members to assist in the timely delivery of services. You will leverage your skills and prior experience whilst gaining an experience in the field of corporate finance for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, involving public and private companies, owner-managed businesses and private equity houses. You will also develop knowledge of different sectors.

You’ll be someone with

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Demonstrate knowledge of M&A processes
• Strong financial acumen
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work across several projects and occasionally handle pressurised situation
