We are currently looking for a “Merger and Acquisitions Delivery Manager” to join a leading environmental company based in America. As the Merger and Acquisitions Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects that shape the future of the organisation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the M&A Delivery Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of merger and acquisition projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.

3. Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive operational efficiencies and maximise value from acquisitions.

4. Managing stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
