Key Responsibilities
  • Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for European technology and tech-enabled services companies
  • Build and own complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, merger/contribution, accretion/dilution, and trading comparables analyses
  • Prepare teasers, CIMs, management presentations, and pitchbooks for corporate clients and private equity sponsors
  • Lead due diligence processes and coordinate effectively with legal, accounting, and other external advisers
  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients, buyers, sellers, and advisers
  • Conduct sector and company research to support origination and proactive client coverage
  • Mentor analysts and ensure high-quality, timely delivery across multiple concurrent transactions
Key Requirements

  • Technology, TMT, software, or tech-enabled services exposure preferred
  • Proven experience across the full deal cycle and working with private equity sponsors
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, including DCF, LBO, comps, and merger models
