You will work with a senior group on live deals, gaining exposure across the transaction lifecycle and taking meaningful responsibility from analysis to execution.

Qualifications

• Around 4–6 years of sell-side M&A experience.
• Strong track record on mid-market M&A transactions.
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients and management teams.
• Proactive, commercially minded and keen to build a long-term career in mid-market M&A.

Responsibilities

• Analysing financial information, business plans and company performance.
• Building and reviewing complex financial models and valuations.
• Conducting company, industry and market research.
• Leading elements of commercial and business due diligence.
• Preparing pitch books, management presentations and other client materials.
• Driving the execution of M&A transactions and coordinating with advisers.
• Working closely with clients, management teams and senior bankers.
