This is a unique opportunity to work directly under a highly respected Infrastructure Banking Professional with a stellar track record in mid-market infrastructure and renewable transactions. You’ll be at the heart of deal execution – not just supporting, but truly leading.

The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Associate (4 years’ experience) with a strong background in Corporate Finance / M&A within the Infrastructure, Utilities, or Energy sectors. If you're passionate about being hands-on in transactions and enjoy building detailed financial models that drive critical investment decisions, this is your next challenge.

What You'll Be Doing:

Valuation work and detailed financial modelling

Preparing client and internal presentations

Attending and contributing to client meetings

Supporting due diligence processes alongside third-party advisors

Sector and market analysis for potential investments

Team collaboration to deliver high-impact results

What We’re Looking For:

️ 4 years of relevant experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or modelling – ideally within Infrastructure

️ Background in Investment Banking or Big 4 Corporate Finance (Infrastructure focus)

️ Strong track record of deal execution – please include your deal sheet

️ Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
