This role is based in London (On-site) with a leading US Mid-Market Investment Bank, specializing in FIG – Insurance. Are you looking to accelerate your M&A career in a supportive, high-performing environment?

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support execution of sell-side M&A mandates
  • Build and review financial models, forecasts, and valuations
  • Prepare high-quality pitch materials, IMs, and presentations
  • Conduct strategic and financial due diligence
  • Collaborate directly with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders
  • Guide and mentor junior team members

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of M&A experience in FIG – Insurance (from advisory, banking, Big 4, or corporate development)
  • Solid deal execution background with strong financial skills
  • Proficient in valuation techniques, financial modelling, and market analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a solutions-driven approach
  • Passion for building relationships and driving impactful outcomes
