This is the perfect next step for a driven M&A professional who is passionate about media, advertising, and creative services—and looking to accelerate their career in a deal-rich environment.

? The Opportunity

Join a well-established and high-performing team, working directly with respected senior bankers and blue-chip clients across the media and advertising ecosystem. This is a hands-on execution role offering extensive exposure to high-profile sell-side M&A transactions.

? Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of UK-focused M&A sell-side deals in media, advertising, and marketing
  • Perform in-depth company and industry research, valuations, and financial modelling
  • Prepare compelling pitch and transaction materials, including management presentations and client reports
  • Conduct critical analysis of financial statements and commercial data
  • Play an active role in business development, building client relationships and spotting market opportunities
  • Mentor junior team members and support internal training initiatives
  • Take part in strategic planning and team leadership, including recruitment and resourcing
  • Act as a key liaison with other service lines across the business

? What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of M&A sell-side execution experience
  • ACA qualified from a Big 4 firm (Deal Advisory or Transaction Services)
  • Minimum 2:1 from a top university with a strong academic record
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
