Our core solutions include business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. These tailored services help clients achieve strategic goals and enable our team members to develop unique career paths.

As part of the RSM Corporate Finance Faculty's growth, we are looking for an Associate Director to strengthen our team, focusing on execution and origination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engagement processes from initiation to completion.
  • Manage deal teams and support local team management.
  • Coordinate with clients, target businesses, and professional advisors during transactions.
  • Oversee the preparation of deal documentation such as IMs, Teasers, and Buyer Research packs.
  • Research, prepare, and support presentations and sales pitches for new business.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and intermediaries, including private equity firms, banks, and corporates.
  • Lead origination efforts.
Candidate Profile

Are you someone who enjoys variety, continuous learning, and connecting with people? Do you identify inefficiencies and seek to improve them? If so, this role may be ideal for you.

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of PQE in M&A.
  • Experience in buy-side and sell-side transactions and finance raising.
  • Strong numerical, financial, and modeling skills with a solid understanding of financial statements.

  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
  • 27 days of holiday, with options to purchase additional days.
  • Wellbeing benefits, including financial tools, electric car schemes, and access to virtual GP services.
