Pivot Search is currently seeking a Investment Banking Associate for a growing and dynamic boutique based in London. This firm operate globally and with a focus on the mid-market.

This opportunity will be working on sell side deals across the TMT sector and will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle. You will be working on mid-market deals and will be involved with the supervision of junior members of the team. The main responsibilities are to execute M&A assignments, develop client marketing materials, including confidential information memorandums and management presentations, in support of sale transactions. Manage due diligence activities and identify, build, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
