Fletchers Group is seeking a proactive and commercially minded M&A Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Finance team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering our ambitious inorganic growth strategy, with a particular focus on bolt-on acquisitions across the Group.
As part of our dedicated M&A team, you'll support the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from initial assessment through to deal completion. You'll collaborate with external advisors, sellers and internal departments, helping to assemble and manage cross-functional project teams, and provide guidance on M&A best practices and issues as they arise.
