The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented M&A Analyst with a passion for infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely on impactful deals in a high-performing and inclusive team, contributing directly to live transactions. Ideal candidates will bring 2 – 3 years of hands-on financial modelling experience and a desire to continue growing within a supportive environment that values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and support the creation of detailed financial models and company valuations.
  2. Prepare materials for internal and client-facing presentations.
  3. Collaborate on due diligence, client meetings, and strategy discussions alongside senior team members and third-party advisors.
  4. Conduct market, sector, and segment-level investment opportunity analysis.
  5. Support fund performance analysis and statistical review.
  6. Operate as a collaborative and dependable team member, contributing to shared goals and learning from others across the firm.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  1. 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a financial modelling or corporate finance role.
  2. Strong technical ability in financial modelling, with experience in debt sizing and debt sculpting being advantageous.
  3. Proficiency in Excel and valuation methodologies.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of conveying complex ideas clearly.
  5. Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and adapt to dynamic projects.
  6. Team-oriented with a respectful, inclusive approach to working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
