Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in M&A, corporate finance or a closely related field.
• Experience with financial analysis, modelling and valuation.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong academic background, ideally with a 2:1 degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the execution of M&A and corporate finance transactions
• Preparing financial analysis, valuation materials and transaction documentation
• Assisting with the preparation of presentations, pitch materials and other client-facing documents
• Conducting company, market and industry research
• Gathering and analysing market and transaction data
• Supporting financial and operational modelling
• Assisting with due diligence processes and transaction coordination
• Researching potential clients, investors and transaction opportunities
• Supporting business development and origination activities
• Monitoring relevant market developments and producing research and analysis
• Contributing to internal market intelligence and sector research
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines across different assignments
