We’re seeking an ambitious
M&A Analyst
with at least a year’s post-qualification experience in
M&A or Transaction Services , ideally with exposure to the

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a core role in originating and executing complex M&A deals within energy transition and infrastructure, including:
Leading key workstreams across all deal stages
Preparing and presenting insightful business cases and financial analysis
Conducting detailed due diligence on commercial and financial risks
Drafting investor materials, pitch decks, and announcements
Collaborating closely with senior colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
ACA qualified, with at least one year of post-qualification experience in M&A, Transaction Services, or financial advisory
Exposure to the
renewables, energy transition, or infrastructure sectors
Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive, commercially curious mindset with strong attention to detail
