● Overseeing all Restaurant operations ensuring not only the highest standards of service but outstanding product knowledge.

● Contributing to the profitable operation of the hotel by maintaining and adhering to budgets, controlling stock, consumables, and staff rota to ensure efficient use of labour, including staff holidays.

● Building rapport with guests to maximize sales opportunities and generate future business.

● Performing occasional Duty Management shifts as required.

● Acting as a pivotal and charismatic figurehead in the lounges, serving as a “host” alongside the senior management team.

Qualifications

● Good working knowledge of quality food and wine.

● Attention to detail and high presentation standards.

● Well-developed organization and communication skills.

● Strong motivation and team leadership abilities.
