Job summary
MISTRAS Group is seeking a qualified LVL II CR/DR NDT Technician in Heath, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience performing Computed Radiography (CR) and/or Digital Radiography (DR) inspections in industrial environments and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and technical accuracy.
Responsibilities include performing CR/DR inspections, setting up and operating equipment, interpreting images, maintaining inspection records, and following radiation safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous CR/DR inspection experience required.
- Level II RT certification required.
- Experience with digital imaging software and radiographic systems required.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Perform Computed Radiography (CR) and Digital Radiography (DR) inspections.
- Set up, calibrate, and operate CR/DR equipment and imaging systems.
- Interpret radiographic images and evaluate indications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation.
- Follow all radiation safety procedures and company safety policies.
- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper handling of materials.
- Work overtime and varying shifts based on operational needs.
