Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough Landscape and Townscape Visual Impact Assessments, delivering comprehensive reports that guide project development and support planning applications;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to influence design outcomes and advocate for urban design, landscape and environmental considerations;
  • Engage with stakeholders, presenting findings in both formal and informal settings with clear written, graphic and verbal communication;
  • Stay abreast of developments in place strategy, urban and rural design, landscape architecture, sustainable practice and regulatory requirements to contribute to thought leadership;
  • The role will be balanced with the design and delivery of key urban and rural projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Chartered Landscape Architect with extensive experience in Landscape, Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment;
  • Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and creatively;
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for landscape analysis and design;
  • Design expertise will be an asset;
  • A collaborative mindset, paired with a passion for pragmatically enhancing rural and urban environments.
