Job summary

Cubic Defence in the UK seeks an LVC Training Analyst to support live, virtual and constructive training for combined arms exercises. You will analyse training outputs, provide data visuals for After Action Reviews, and deliver accurate performance data to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include creating reports with Excel/SQL, coordinating with the Training Analyst and Database Manager, and ensuring data transfer complies with Cubic policies.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Excel and SQL.
• Good understanding of GDPR.
• Computer-based background with familiarity with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to build productive relationships.
• Deliver LVC support to training events and facilities.
• Exploit observations from training with analysts to rapidly improve outcomes.
• Provide data analysis as required by doctrine and the training provider.
• Produce timely data reports and visualisations to support After Action Reviews.
• Create new reports using SQL and Excel for ad-hoc queries.
• Collaborate with the Database Manager to enhance Data Analysis capabilities.
• Prepare data for transfer to external organisations in line with Cubic policies.
• Support exercises globally, day and night, as required.
