The role also involves identifying, logging and reporting faults or build issues, maintaining excellent housekeeping standards, and supporting a variety of programmes and business activities as required. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable and capable of using their initiative to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to work are essential, as you will collaborate with colleagues across the wider manufacturing team to achieve production objectives. Previous manufacturing experience is required, and experience within a battery manufacturing environment would be advantageous, although not essential. Basic PC skills are also desirable.
