Job summary

Experience in carpentry or joinery, fit-out, shop fitting, kitchen fitting, or marine carpentry.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
High standard of quality and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Installing and fitting bespoke interior joinery within luxury motor yachts.
Working with a variety of materials including wood, plywood, vinyl, leather, and soft furnishing materials.
Reading and accurately interpreting design drawings and specifications.
Completing final fit and finish work to exact tolerances.
Identifying, troubleshooting, and rectifying defects to the required standard.
Collaborating with team leaders and colleagues to resolve fitting and installation challenges.
Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
