Qualifications

• Hands-on carpentry experience in marine/shipbuilding or high-spec manufacturing.
• Competent with woodworking machinery, hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Ability to work from technical drawings and project specifications.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols in workshop and on-site environments.
