Job summary

Sunseeker International Ltd seeks experienced Finishers to join our skilled production team and deliver flawless GRP component finishes for luxury yachts. You’ll bring a keen eye for detail, pride in quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Finisher, you will trim, sand and polish using hand and air tools, support quality inspections, and help meet strict production schedules while maintaining safety and high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive finishing experience in sanding, trimming, and polishing.
• Ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
• Experience with hand tools, air tools and mechanical cutting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, trim, sand and polish GRP components to luxury yacht standards.
• Work with production teams to ensure components meet specifications.
• Use hand tools, air tools, sanding equipment and polishing techniques.
• Participate in quality inspections and identify defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow PPE procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the production team.
• Contribute to delivering luxury motor yachts within production schedules.
