Job summary

Eskandar in London is seeking a Production Coordinator to join a small, hands-on design and production team. You will manage day-to-day development from initial sampling to bulk production, coordinating fabrics, trims, samples and technical information, and ensuring on-time delivery to the right factories.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work closely with the Creative Designer, Senior Garment Technologist and Production Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in garment production or product development, ideally luxury womenswear.
• Understanding of the full critical path from design to bulk production.
• Experience with fabric and trim management, technical packs, BOMs, sample approvals and QC.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fabric and trim management across multiple factories.
• Oversee sample development, QC checks and labeling.
• Prepare technical packs, BOMs and garment specifications.
• Compile factory packs and ensure readiness before production.
• Track critical path and production calendars.
• Liaise with factories, suppliers and internal teams.
• Support on-site atelier, sampling and special orders.
• Maintain production records and quality documentation.
