Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on luxury watch brands, models, and features
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering personalized and memorable experiences
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect watch based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new collections, trends, and innovations
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while promoting the brand’s luxury image
• Manage stock and ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and in line with brand standards
• Handle customer inquiries, after-sales service, and warranty information with care and professionalism

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury retail, particularly in watch sales, is highly preferred
• Strong passion for luxury watches and horology, with a genuine interest in learning about fine timepieces
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor, reflective of the luxury industry
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach to sales
• Knowledge of high-end watch brands is a plus
