Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in the Aylesford area is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to perform diagnostics, servicing and repairs to rigorous manufacturer standards within a busy, professional workshop.

You will work Monday to Friday 8:30–17:00 with Saturdays on a rota, with 28 days holiday, a company pension and ongoing premium training to develop your skills, tooling and career progression.

Base salary £32,000–£39,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Proven Vehicle Technician background in main dealer or strong independent workshop.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools; strong diagnostic and electronic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Work in a busy workshop, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Adhere to health and safety and work scheduling.
