Job summary

We are recruiting a skilled Vehicle Technician to service, diagnose faults and perform electronic repairs on modern luxury 4x4s at our Brighton workshop. A base salary of £32,000–£40,000 with a £18,396 annual bonus potential offers £50k+ OTE in realistic terms. Fully on-site, with a drive-through facility and on-site parking.

Requires NVQ3/IMI, full UK driving licence and own hand tools. Manufacturer pathways and hybrid/BEV training provided, with clear progression routes within a premier

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or IMI equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Strong diagnostic fault-finding and mechanical repair capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Servicing modern luxury 4x4 vehicles and diagnosing faults.
• Perform safety inspections and electronic repairs.
• Work in a cutting-edge workshop with state-of-the-art equipment.
