Luxury Fashion Store Manager - Shaftesbury

Due to a recent acquisition, our client is delighted to be recruiting for a First Class Luxury Fashion Store Manager in the beautiful town of Shaftesbury.

The Store Manager plays a pivotal role within this high-end retail business, directly assisting the Regional Stores Manager in the smooth administration of the store and its overall commercial success. The ideal candidate will embody the company’s values of professionalism, efficiency, knowledge, and personable leadership.

Hours of Work

Monday – Sunday, 37.5 hours per week, with additional hours as required to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the team to achieve high standards and company KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and coach the retail team, motivating through one-on-one sessions and team briefings.
3. Prioritize personal and store objectives.
4. Implement proactive and innovative strategies to maximize revenue and service standards.
5. Organize store events and VIP days to enhance store promotion.
6. Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the store across various channels.
7. Create weekly business reports for the Regional Manager.
8. Manage cashing up, till reconciliation, and banking daily.
9. Provide bi-weekly financial reports upon request.
