We are looking for an exceptional Luxury Social Media Manager to oversee and grow a dynamic portfolio of social media platforms for a prominent luxury interior designer and lifestyle brand with over 500,000 Instagram followers. This is a full-time, in-person role based in our West London studio.

You’ll manage not just Instagram, but all brand-facing platforms—TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Houzz, and more—along with occasional blog writing and production coordination. The right candidate will have proven experience managing luxury lifestyle content across digital platforms, developing affiliate revenue, and producing compelling, authentic posts in the voice of a stylish, witty woman in her 40s with a business, a home, and a beautiful life.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day management of all social channels: Instagram (feed, Reels, Stories), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Houzz, and other relevant platforms

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms with a strong, elegant, and relatable tone of voice

Write high-quality, non-AI-generated captions that sound human, warm, aspirational, and intelligent

Manage the content calendar across platforms with daily, weekly, and campaign-specific plans

Plan and coordinate all filming days—including schedule creation, location planning, styling product curation, and bookings (hair, makeup, car, etc.)

Source fashion, interiors, and lifestyle products in advance for the Director to wear or feature on shoot days

Oversee visual content creation with the internal team (photo, video, Reels); basic editing skills a plus

Organise and execute in-studio and on-location filming sessions with precision and creativity

Select luxury fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and interiors products for affiliate promotion

Manage affiliate platforms (LTK, Net-a-Porter, Amazon Associates, etc.), generate and track links

Secure brand sponsorships, manage outreach, and build commercial partnerships

Provide evidence of past affiliate and sponsorship success

• Written Content:

Create longer-form blogs that align with the brand’s luxury lifestyle ethos (interiors, travel, fashion, wellness, motherhood, etc.)

Contribute to content writing across the brand website and newsletters as needed

Monitor analytics, identify trends, and optimise content for engagement and performance

Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and luxury lifestyle culture

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience managing luxury lifestyle social accounts (fashion, interiors, travel, wellness, or jewellery)—must show examples

• Strong record of success with affiliate linking and brand partnerships

• Exceptional copywriting skills—must be able to write with warmth, wit, and elegance in a real, female voice

• London-based with deep knowledge of the city’s luxury scene—shops, venues, designers, and suppliers

• Experience coordinating production shoots and managing styling and logistics for content days

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple streams of content and communication

• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills

• Able to work in-studio full time, Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30 pm

Bonus but not essential:

• Experience with video editing or Reels production

• Familiarity with Mailchimp or blog platforms (WordPress, Squarespace)
