Job summary

Kaleidoscope Hotels seeks a creative Social Media & Content Executive who can own our multi-brand narrative across four hotels and pop-ups. You will shoot on-site, edit short-form video, and craft premium photography that mirrors our luxury storytelling.

Reporting to the Brand Manager and Marcomms Director, you will manage shoots, recruit influencers, and refine content plans aligned with our established strategy, while traveling between properties across the UK.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media and content creation within luxury lifestyle, boutique hospitality, or premium brands.

Responsibilities

• Bring Strategy to Life by translating marketing strategy into social content, platform plans, and narratives.
• Capture Content On-Site with daily short-form video and high-quality photography across hotels and pop-ups.
• Manage Shoots & Influencers by developing shot lists, organizing shoots, and managing influencer relationships.
• Flex Your Creative Tone by adapting style between modern luxury and heritage lifestyle.
• Analyse & Optimise by tracking channel analytics and presenting monthly engagement reports.
