Overview

Amazing opportunity in consultative sales. A Luxury Retail Sales / Art Sales Consultant is required for this stunning contemporary Art Gallery. You do not necessarily need an Art background, but a desire to sell a prestigious luxury retail product is essential (product training will be provided). A strong appreciation of art is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales through a consultative approach; the role is not a hard sell but targets are realistic and achievable.
• Provide exceptional client and customer service, delivering an amazing client experience from start to finish.
• Consultatively manage client needs and transfer your passion for sales and the product to close sales.
• Proactively promote the gallery with daily outreach calls to generate footfall and sales, in addition to responding to clients who enter the gallery.
• Maintain account management with clients over the phone and email; generate prospective business through self-starting outreach.
• Work towards monthly targets with potential for good commission.
• Be flexible to work weekends, with a 5-day week structure.
• Driving ability is preferred as home consultations are offered as an extra service to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A strong appreciation of art is preferred.

• Willingness to work weekends; 5-day week.

Compensation & Benefits
