Burberry at Bicester Village is recruiting experienced Luxury Sales Associates for a temporary retail project during the festive period. You will deliver an exceptional, personalised shopping experience, build lasting client relationships and showcase Burberry's collections with in-depth product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have luxury fashion retail experience, excellent communication and a confident, customer-focused selling approach to maximise sales while maintaining premium standards.

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised shopping experience reflecting Burberry's heritage.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate the brand's collections, craftsmanship and heritage with confidence.
• Actively contribute to sales performance by identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximise client interactions.
• Maintain impeccable shop-floor presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed to the highest standards.
• Support daily boutique operations including stock replenishment, product retrieval and general store organisation.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey, especially during busy festive periods.
