Job summary

Marc Jacobs is seeking a Sales Ambassador for our X store in the United Kingdom. You will be the brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer journey and building lasting client relationships to maximise profitability.

You will excite clients about the brand, maintain stock and VM standards, and actively drive sales while upholding brand DNA and dress guidelines. English fluency is essential, with additional languages an advantage.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment.
Experience in selling RTW / LG
Passion for fashion and sales
A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experience
Excellent personal presentation – a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador
Understanding of Retail KPIs
A fluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage

Responsibilities

Brand Ambassador – Excite and install passion and pride for the brand
Represent the brand image for customers and store team while adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines
Lead by example with brand-consistent behaviour
Support Visual Merchandising and stock to reflect brand image
Greet clients, build relationships, and educate on products to drive sales and targets
Gather client CRM details to grow the client book
Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge
