Job summary

ML Projects seeks a Project Manager to lead luxury retail fitouts from RIBA Stage 2 through handover across the UK and Europe. You will coordinate design development, approvals, procurement, construction, and commissioning, acting as the main client liaison for premium brands.

You will chair meetings, manage consultants, prepare BOQs and tenders, track CAPEX, and guide a small internal team to ensure on-time openings and compliance with UK regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years managing luxury or premium UK retail fitouts.
• Experience leading projects through RIBA Stages 2–7.
• Track record delivering £350k+ projects to fixed opening dates.
• Experience with Listed Building and Conservation Area applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from design development to handover.
• Serve as primary client contact for luxury brand representatives and property teams.
• Handle Building Control submissions and liaise with Inspectors.
• Prepare BOQs, run tenders, appoint consultants, and manage contracts.
• Track CAPEX budgets and forecast variations; mentor internal team.
