Job summary

Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s premier luxury resort, is seeking a Transient Coordinator to optimize individual leisure bookings and enhance guest experiences while contributing to hotel revenue. Reporting to the Reservations & Revenue Manager, you will manage FIT reservations, coordinate pre-arrival communications, and collaborate across departments to ensure outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in reservations, front-office, guest services, or hospitality sales—ideally in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous experience handling individual and leisure guest bookings (FIT) is a strong asset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle FIT reservations via phone, email, and online requests with accurate confirmations.
• Offer curated packages and upsell to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Coordinate pre-arrival guest communication and post-stay follow-ups.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest journey and satisfaction.
• Maintain reservation records and generate performance reports.
