Job summary

DK Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the manufacturing operations of a luxury, artisan-focused business renowned for craftsmanship and quality.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee production planning, and manage a 100+ workforce with a strong emphasis on safety and KPI performance. SAP-based systems and cross-functional collaboration are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Lean Manufacturing qualification desirable.
• Health & Safety qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet output, quality, service and cost targets.
• Develop and execute production plans aligning capacity with demand.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Commercial teams to optimise performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on productivity and lead time reduction.
