Job summary

Fashion & Retail Personnel in London is seeking a Product Development Assistant to support the PD team from concept through to production. The role is fully office-based, with an immediate start on a temporary contract in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The successful candidate will liaise with international suppliers, manage samples, assist with costings, raise POs, and maintain development spreadsheets. Luxury fashion experience and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• PD Assistant experience in luxury fashion.
• Strong understanding of the product development process.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with experience liaising with international suppliers.
• Strong Excel and systems skills.
• Immediately available for full-time office-based role.

Responsibilities

• Support the PD team throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage critical path updates and sample tracking.
• Liaise with suppliers and factories for sampling and approvals.
• Raise POs and maintain product data systems.
• Assist with costings and maintain development spreadsheets.
• Organise and prepare samples for meetings and sign-offs.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider PD team.
