Qualifications

• Experience supporting product development, merchandising or a related product function within fashion or luxury.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills; manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Clear and effective communication across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of product cost management and budget tracking.
• Passion for product and craftsmanship with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product information systems across collection development.
• Collaborate with Product Developers, manufacturers and suppliers to support timely delivery of prototypes and milestones.
• Manage collection documentation and development records for clear visibility across teams.
• Track development budgets and monitor prototype, trial and sample costs during the season.
• Coordinate sample, swatch and archive management and maintain organised product libraries.
• Support fittings, meetings, shipments and day-to-day development activities to help deliver collections efficiently.
