Job summary

DeMellier is a London-based luxury fashion brand seeking a PR & Events Executive to lead the planning and delivery of global events, activations and in-store experiences. You will coordinate influencer and VIP involvement, gifting, post-event reporting and budget management with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in events, PR, brand marketing or related role.
• Demonstrable experience coordinating events from planning to execution.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of DeMellier events and brand activations.
• Develop event concepts with the PR & Events Manager and translate ideas into execution plans.
• Own event timelines and trackers, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate venue research, suppliers, production, catering, gifting and logistics.
• Support PR in guest list management, invitations, RSVPs and seating plans.
• Liaise with agencies, venues, partners to ensure high-standard activations.
• Provide hands-on on-site event management and issue resolution.
• Produce post-event reports and learnings for future activations.
• Maintain event budgets and track invoices and reconciliations.
