Harrods Limited in Knightsbridge is seeking a Pastry Commis Chef to join our award-winning pastry team. You’ll prepare patisserie and baked goods, organise ingredients and maintain kitchen hygiene in a fully on-site role working five days out of seven.

• Experience in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally within a 5★ hotel, artisan bakery or fine-dining restaurant environment.
• Great knowledge and passion for food and drink as essential.
• Strong time-management and customer-focus in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patisserie and baked goods.
• Organise ingredients and stock to ensure availability.
• Keep kitchen clean and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Handle stock rotation and labeling for own section.
• Complete administration for own section on time.
