The company seeks a New Business Development Manager to support this growth. The primary focus will be to build and own new, complementary, and sustainable business relationships with beauty and cosmetics brands.

You will be expected to understand and operate within a well-established system, managing workflow effectively to enable your team to deliver outstanding solutions for clients.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying new profitable luxury packaging revenue streams within the beauty and cosmetics industries. Managing your sales pipeline, attending client meetings, and handling client requirements from initial briefing through development to final delivery.
2. Developing specifications from clients and coordinating with the supply base to ensure seamless delivery, ensuring colleagues can collaborate effectively.
3. Managing your own diary while considering team responsibilities.
