Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking an entry-level Soho Support Coordinator in the UK to join our Member Services team. You will be the first point of contact for members visiting our Houses in UK cities, handling reservations, invoices, private hire discussions, and special occasions with a high level of service.

The role is fast-paced and requires a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, excellent English communication, and the ability to work across multiple shifts in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or premium service
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs
• Fluent English, strong verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of data protection and GDPR principles
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar
• Experience supporting international customers or multi-region operations

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for members via phone and email
• Respond to queries promptly, meeting departmental KPIs and SLAs
• Provide proactive, solutions-focused service to a global membership
• Handle membership administration, club and restaurant enquiries, and general support
• Own member queries from initial contact to resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
