Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited in Billericay, Essex, is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to join our client’s team. You will work with customers to understand their lifestyle, translate ideas into bespoke kitchen designs, and guide them from initial consultation through to final sale.

Our client offers a £35,000 basic salary with commission and an OTE of £60,000+, in a luxury kitchen and interiors environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen design, kitchen sales, interiors, or similar design-led sales.
• Strong eye for detail and high-quality design.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident presenting ideas and closing sales.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meet and consult with customers to understand lifestyle, requirements, tastes and budget.
• Create bespoke kitchen designs tailored to each customer.
• Produce professional kitchen plans, layouts and presentations.
• Take accurate measurements and assess spaces.
• Present design concepts confidently to customers.
• Recommend suitable kitchens, worktops, appliances and finishes.
• Manage the customer journey from enquiry to order.
• Build strong relationships and provide outstanding service.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate to secure sales.
• Follow up enquiries and proposals to maximise conversion.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with suppliers, installers and internal teams.
• Stay up to date with kitchen and interior design trends.
