Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Buyer to join the Goldsmiths Jewellery Buying Team. You will own your product categories, curate distinctive ranges, and drive own-brand and private-label developments from concept through to launch.

You will analyse weekly sales, present insights at trade meetings, and collaborate with suppliers to achieve desirable, profitable ranges in a luxury jewellery context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Assistant Buyer level, managing own product categories.
• Experience developing own-brand or private-label collections, from concept to launch.
• Passion for jewellery, fashion or luxury retail with strong eye for quality and detail.
• Analytical and commercially minded, with weekly sales performance review experience.
• Confident presenting performance and recommendations at trade meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop your product categories within the Jewellery Buying Team.
• Curate distinctive, commercially compelling ranges for customers.
• Identify opportunities and develop own-brand and private-label collections.
• Present category performance and recommendations at selection meetings and weekly trade meetings.
• Drive end-to-end category ownership with support from the Buyer.
