Job summary

Dweet is seeking a Product Developer to lead the end-to-end development of Jersey and Soft Accessories, delivering luxury products that meet the brand’s standards and timelines. You will work closely with Design, Merchandising, Technical Development, Fabric Development and suppliers to manage the lifecycle from concept to production-ready samples.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in luxury apparel product development.
• Experience managing development critical paths from concept to production.
• Proficiency in PLM systems and managing product data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development for Jersey & Soft Accessories.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Technical Development and suppliers.
• Develop BOMs, costings and product data within PLM.
• Support seasonal launches and supplier negotiations to hit margins.
• Travel internationally to suppliers as needed.
