Dweet. is seeking a Product Developer for Jersey and Soft Accessories to lead end-to-end development, from concept through production-ready samples, ensuring luxury quality and on-time delivery.

The role partners with Design, Merchandising, and Technical teams, and requires travel to international suppliers to support seasonal launches. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in luxury apparel product development, strong construction/technique knowledge, and PLM experience, with a proactive,

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in luxury apparel product development.
  • Experience managing critical paths from concept to production.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, manufacturing techniques and costing.
  • Experience using PLM systems and maintaining detailed product information.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development for Jersey & Soft Accessories.
  • Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Technical Development and suppliers.
  • Negotiate costs to achieve seasonal margins while maintaining quality.
  • Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product data in PLM.
  • Support sustainable sourcing initiatives and travel to suppliers as needed.
