Hans Bar & Grill at 11 Cadogan Gardens in London is seeking attentive Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurant team. You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences from breakfast to dinner, uphold the Relais & Chateaux standard, and contribute to a warm, five-star atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve.
• To ensure that all guests' wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible. Showing passion and pride for the hotel.
• Have expert knowledge of the food and wine that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menu's to drive sales.
• Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
• Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times.
