Job summary

Raffles London at The OWO invites a professional Waiter to join our luxury dining team. You will support service across the dining room, assist bartenders, and help maintain pristine stations and a seamless guest experience.

Essentially, you will explain dishes, deliver orders with accuracy, and collaborate with front and back of house teams while upholding high standards of hospitality and safety in a world-renowned hotel.

Qualifications

• Clear and efficient English communication both verbal and written.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent guest service.
• Ability to work within a team under pressure in luxury settings.
• Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and time management.
• Flexible approach to varying shifts and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately with dish explanations.
• Coordinate between front of house and back of house as a communication hub.
• Assist wait staff with setting tables and refilling supplies as needed.
• Explain dishes to guests in a professional manner and suggest pairings.
• Ensure service adheres to safety standards and gathers guest feedback.
