Job summary

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the highest standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will support the housekeeping leadership team and help supervise daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

With responsibilities ranging from room preparation to stock control and guest requests, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housekeeping role in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare allocated guest rooms to the highest standards.
• Support the housekeeping leadership team in the daily running of the department.
• Assist with checking rooms to ensure quality and presentation standards are maintained.
• Support and guide room attendants during service to maintain efficiency and consistency.
• Help brief team members at the start of each shift on daily priorities and expectations.
• Monitor stock levels of linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly through the correct channels.
• Ensure all housekeeping areas remain organised, clean and fully stocked.
• Support the training and development of new team members.
• Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the hotel to maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold all company, health and safety and housekeeping standards.
• Act as an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro.
