Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office as a Receptionist or similar in a luxury hotel.
• Proficient computer skills; Opera experience is desirable.
• Able to deliver personalised, high-quality guest service.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable moments and make guests feel genuinely welcomed from arrival.
• Welcome guests and craft personalised experiences that make them feel at home.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to deliver consistent, outstanding service.
• Work as part of a full-time role, 5 days out of 7, including weekends, approx. 40 hours per week.
